Benpower Restoration is a global business specialising in domestic, commercial and industrial restoration following fire or water damage. The Australian business operates across four trading ABNs all of which are utilising Employment Hero software. In late 2018 one of the entities with over 30 employees had a requirement for a managed payroll service due to a manual process generating a loss of data and compliance risk.
CHALLENGE
Benpower have a number of staff employed as shift workers with different pay conditions and processing rules that needed to be setup along with a requirement for internal training on the timesheet functionality. The businesses needed to pivot from a paper to digital solution which would require buy-in from all levels within the organisation.
