BACKGROUND
Carl is an entrepreneurial businessman who has been the owner of 4 Victorian Caltex franchisees (C-Sands) since 2012. The franchises are supported by Employment Innovations outsourced payroll and HR Software services to manage the complete HR and payroll requirements for his staff. CHALLENGE
Carl has had a lengthy working relationship with EI relying on the advice and support as he purchases, manages and sells businesses.
