NT Respite Care Plus is an NDIS registered group providing relief staff to full time carers of people who are sick or terminally ill within the Northern Territory. While a small organisation they required a provider that supported HR and Payroll platforms that seamlessly integrated, controlled rostering and on-boarding while additionally providing access to HR advice and support when needed. Compliance, reporting and process improvements were all non-negotiable for Lynn when it came to engaging a new supplier.
Operating under the SCHCADS Award, NT Respite Care needed a payroll and HR platform that had the Award requirements inbuilt and could provide on-demand support allowing the director time to run the operations confident that compliance was under control. Being Government funded they required the ability to save wage costs by controlling rostering within the platform thus limiting occasions when staff were rostered beyond 38hours or on back-to-back shifts triggering payment of overtime.
