Projucer is a small enterprise production company with a focus on creating multi-platform branded content and commercial IP generated from their relationships with brands, agencies and networks. Matty and his business partner had successfully scaled the business using temporary contractors for their production needs, enabling them to focus on commercial partnerships. When it became apparent that one of their contractors had the skill to operate in a full-time capacity driving new commercial partnerships, allowing Matty and his partner to focus on producing, they realised they needed an employment contract that was suited to their unique business.
