Raise Lift Group is a leading supplier of disability and mobility access lifts and goods and services lifts. With over 40 staff, human resource decisions being made without expert advice and with little HR foundations in place, Hanna a need for outsourced HR support along with an EAP solution. As a finance professional operating with a HR remit she required a provider that could help her to make compliant decisions while providing support to enable her to focus on other operational tasks.
CHALLENGE
Raise Lift Group required a solution that would provide assistance to the management team in making compliant HR decisions, an HR software solution that would enable a streamlined on-boarding and policy compliant solution for the employees and EAP support as required. As there was no formal HR function within Raise Lift Group the service was required to provide a positive ROI to the business.
SOLUTION
