With a network of over 400 general insurance brokers and a number of underwriting agencies, the HR team within head office is constantly managing requests about visa requirements for skilled foreign nationals wishing to join the group. With a need for a reliable and efficient migration service, Justin was introduced to the legal team at Employment Innovations.
With visa requests typically generated from employee requests to line managers, Justin was spending time managing requests for standard visas and those that required more specialised consultancy.
