Instead of partnering with a dedicated HR consultant, our HR Essentials service delivers unlimited workplace advice (backed by representation in the event of a claim), a compliance audit, and assistance with your ongoing HR needs throughout the year.

You’ll gain access to our library of HR templates, tools and documents, as well as ongoing advice and representation if and when you need it. More importantly, we’ll complete a full compliance audit to identify any existing weaknesses in your HR plan, which could open your business to ongoing issues in the future.

This can be the perfect solution for many business models and operates under a retained arrangement for a minimum of 12 months.

Legal advice is backed by representation in the event of any complex workplace claim (at no extra cost) through our partner EI Legal.

Step 04.

On-site HR support can be provided on-demand. Depending on your package, your outsourced HR service may also include a certain number of on-site hours per annum.
