EI will default to monthly billing.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term for all subscriptions is 12 months.
Can I change between HR solutions?
You can upgrade to different HR solutions at any time during the minimum term or change your HR solution at any time after the minimum term.
What is workplace advice?
Workplace advice is delivered by EI’s workplace consultants over the phone or via email and involves guidance and recommendations to authorised contacts to help make well informed, compliant decisions. It is not intended to be treated as legal advice. EI can advise on a range of HR and workplace related matters including – application of minimum conditions of employment (leave entitlements, flexible working arrangements, etc.), employee behaviour and poor performance, termination of employment (gross misconduct, misconduct, redundancy, abandonment, etc.), plus Award, Enterprise Agreement or contract interpretation.
What is Employment Hero Premium?
Employment Hero is our recommended HR software solution. EI partners with Employment Hero to include their premium solution as a complement to any of our HR solutions. The premium solution includes all the features in the software including paperless onboarding, contracts, HR documents, employee benefits, policies, leave requests, organisation chart, VEVO checks, performance reviews, goal setting and reporting. If bundling Employment Hero Premium with one of EI’s HR solutions speak to us about discounted pricing.

Whilst you do get unlimited access to your HR partner over the phone or via email, you can utilise your HR partner on-site for any complex HR issues including investigations, managing underperformance, grievances, misconduct issues, strategic planning sessions or training. On-site hours are limited over a 12 month period to:
Less than 30 employees – 16 hours
31-50 employees – 20 hours
51-75 employees – 32 hours
76-100 employees – 40 hours
If you have more than 100 employees speak to us about discounted pricing and on-site hours. Additional on-site HR consulting hours can be purchased, if required.
