Employment Innovations has 2 senior HR partners operating out of our Gold Coast office delivering HR consulting and HR business partnering services to clients across northern NSW, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Kashaan is a Gold Coast local, calling the Northern Gold Coast home for the last 10 years. She covers all areas from Northern NSW to Sunshine Coast as well as regional and remote areas of QLD.
She strongly believes in making employment easier and more rewarding by giving small and medium businesses access to the same advice, support and systems that larger organisations enjoy.
With over 15 years HR experience and having worked for several boutique, as well as global companies, she has expertise across many sectors including multi site Retail, Hospitality, Fast Food, Construction, Training/RTO’s, Oil, Gas and Mining.
Alison obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Griffith University) in 2018 and a Diploma of Human Resources Management in 2020. While studying law, Alison enjoyed interning with various law firms, government departments and community legal centres. She has over a decade of experience working in customer service roles.
Towards the end of her degree, Alison found her passion in the field of Human Resource Management. With extensive experience working in customer service focussed environments, paired with her knowledge and appreciation of the law, Alison is a great asset to the Employment Innovations Gold Coast team.
