A LITTLE ABOUT LOUISE
Louise is our Manly and Northern Beaches HR consultant delivering dedicated in-house HR partnering to our clients from the Lower North Shore all the way up to the Central Coast.
She completed a Bachelor of Human Resource Management at Macquarie University before starting her career at Employment Innovations in 2011. Louise quickly rose through the ranks to become an HR Advisor before moving into a consultative client-facing role as an HR Business Partner.
Louise is a qualified return to work coordinator in NSW and has particular expertise in Performance Management and coaching. As an HR generalist, she can provide support for all human resource areas from basic policies and support through to recruitment, employee engagement, complex issue management and performance management.
When not delivering HR partnering services on-site for our clients she can be found providing support and training over the phone streamlining our clients business with HR software and Lean HR methodologies.
