As a highly experienced HR professional based in Melbourne, Amanda provides comprehensive support and dedicated partnering with Senior Managers, Executives and Boards in all aspects of HR, with specific experience in learning and development, employee relations, performance management systems and providing advice on industry trends and how it will impact the organisation and its workforce.
