Ush is our primary HR consultant for the Newcastle and Central Coast region and has a strong generalist Human Resources background across multiple industries. With a wealth of experience, Ush has had a ten-year career in HR, in business partner roles and also as Head of HR in various industries.
Ush has a legal background having completed a law degree and the London Bar in the UK. Since moving to Sydney, Ush has spent her time setting up an outsourced HR Practice to support businesses who do not have internal HR teams. Ush is also a qualified mediator with LEADR and a certified leadership coach.
Her broad experience includes providing advice, coaching and guidance to senior management across the board in HR related topics. Ush also conducts workplace training and has a passion in developing emerging leaders, by coaching them on how to manage people issues, and building their confidence and skills in this area.
