A LITTLE ABOUT JESS

Jess is our Sutherland Shire HR consultant and has a strong generalist Human Resource & Recruitment background across multiple industries. With a wealth of experience in both start-up and expanding businesses, she has been involved in partnering with many organisations both in Australia and the UK setting up and developing the HR functions and recruitment processes.

Her broad experience includes providing advice and guidance to senior management in implementing meaningful HR strategies and developing aligned HR policies. She is passionate about processes and her aim is to ensure best practice, compliance and excellent customer service.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies with Honours from The University of Sussex and holds a post graduate certificate in Human Resource Management. She is also a professional member of the Australian HR Institute (MAHR).
