Probably one of the most important principles is around the utilisation and capability of your managers. Having high performing managers who feel confident in their skills, have access to the right tools, are having effective performance conversations and developing their team will show immediate business impact.
Investing in the development and upskilling of great people managers helps you create culture curators who are driving your guiding behaviours within the organisation.
