Ready to start your payroll implementation journey with Employment Innovations? 

In this video, we’ll take a deeper look at how our onboarding process works, which is designed to ensure your business’s payroll is accurate, efficient, and compliant.

As soon as you join forces with us, your business will be introduced to an Employment Innovations implementation manager who’ll guide you through the process, which looks like this…

First, a scoping document will ask you all the necessary questions to capture important details around how your payroll works, including key data like:

  • your business details
  • how often you pay staff
  • whether you have any awards that need to be installed
  • and if you need time and attendance support. 

Once this is all done, you’ll have a kick-off meeting to go through the document, any other details or questions, and collect crucial employee information. 

We’ll then upload your employee data, initiate parallel pay runs, and request recent pay run data, including timesheets, leave requests, reports, and additional payment details.

This allows us to recreate the pay run in the new database and analyse any discrepancies or work through any that may pop up.  

Now it’s time for the best part!

We’ll show you around your new payroll software. Your implementation manager will conduct training with key stakeholders, which will include employee portal functions.

Remember, the implementation process is a team effort between Employment Innovations and the key contact in your business. Staying on track means your go-live date remains the same.

Once your implementation is complete, you’ll feel confident knowing that your new payroll database is compliant, and you’ve had guidance from an Employment Innovations payroll expert throughout the process.
