Changes to the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services Industry Award that will come into effect on 1 July 2022 and how these changes will impact employers.

- Changes to minimum engagement/payment periods;
- New restrictions when employees work broken shifts;
- Increased entitlements for when employees are “on-call” or performing remote work;
- Changes to rules regarding client cancellations;
- Increased entitlements for employees working 24-hour care/excursion shifts.
